| i am writing because my 11 month old is sick i dont know exactly whats wrong with him but his symtoms are vomiting every once in a while and gagging sometimes he was taken to the hospital last night because i called the paramedics because he was choking or seemed to be when taken to the hospital he was xrayed for anything in his throat it came back negative meaning there was nothing he came home had a bottle and slept all night in the morning around 650 am he awoke and i got him a bottle and he vomited then at 800am he vomited again and didnt vomit again until 615pm and again at 1000pm please help me i dont know what to do i have taken him to the hospital and called his family doctor and neither was of any help my 3 year old said he ate a crayon but we are unsure he has no fever and he is playing but he vomits every once in awhile

The fact that your little one is playing right now is a good sign. Most serious stomach and bowel problems in children do not allow them to play. It sounds as if your little one either has a stomach virus or he ate something that didn’t agree with him. It could be a crayon. You probably will never know because even if it were a crayon, the crayon would be melted by now. It may however discolor his next poopie. Crayons also will not show up on xrays, unfortunately.
