Mike
Pappas, MD is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics to practice both general
pediatrics and pediatric critical care medicine. He works at
Toledo Children's Hospital's Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, as
well as here in our pediatric office. He has 2 daughters.

Amy
Spangler, CPNP
is
a graduate of University of Michigan with a Masters of Science Degree in
Infant, Child and Adolescent Health. She is a Certified Pediatric Nurse
Practitioner. Before joining our office and currently, Amy works at The
Toledo Hospital Pediatric Emergency Department as a Pediatric Nurse
Practitioner. She is an associate professor of pediatric nursing
at Lourdes College. She joined us here in May, 2003. She is highly intelligent,
diligent and laid back. Amy has 3 boys.

Michelle
Miller, CPNP is
a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner, who joined us in
September, 2006. She is a graduate of the Medical University of Ohio,
graduating magna cum laude. Michelle is a pediatric clinical
instructor for nursing at Lourdes College. She had previously been a pediatric
nurse, working both in the private pediatric setting and hospital
setting. She is smart, thorough, positive, and full of energy. She
has a boy and a girl.

M. Cristina
Saucedo, CPNP has been with us since inception. She completed her Master's degree in the Spring of 2007,
from the Medical University of Toledo, graduating magna cum
laude. She is a board certified Pediatric
Nurse Practitioner. She is a pediatric clinical instructor for
nursing at Lourdes College. Cristy has been working here since 2001, and
is happy, witty, and very motivated. She has 2 girls.

Alexander
"AJ" Coulson has been our high school extern for
more than 2 years. He can fix almost anything, is great with
computers, and does a lot of filing. He smiles a lot and is very
friendly. He is pursuing a career in the armed forces.

Vicky
Bernsdorff, RN has been with us since we first started. She is a
registered nurse with other talents. She coordinates our events and
designs our brochures, flyers, etc as well. She "fills in" in
any position, at a moment's notice. She is a very happy and positive
person. She is the active mother of 4 children.

Danara
Fryman, MA joined us in November, 2008. She is from the Toledo area, and
recently received her associate's
degree as a medical secretary. She is our medical secretary as well as our
patient
satisfaction supervisor. She is a very intelligent and kind
person. She works very hard, and always has an encouraging word for
everyone.

Vicky
Sterling joined us in October, 2008 as our billing director. She has
worked in medical billing for 21 years, and loves being a detective with
insurance rejections to ge the claims paid. She is detail oriented,
helpful, and always happy, and has brought a lot of professionalism to us.
She has 3 children, 3 beautiful grandchildren, and 2 very spoiled dogs.

Marcia Draeger joined us in January, 2009 as one of our billing specialists. She received her degree from Davis College, where she was on the president's list. She also attended the University of Toledo, and majored in elementary education. She is honest, dependable, diligent and friendly. She has a boy and a girl. Favorite Cartoon: Smurfs |

Frank
Saucedo joined us in April, 2008 as a pediatric assistant. He is
working hard toward a degree in nursing. He is well versed in the latest
action movies, and can be frequently seen wearing a
"Superheroes" t shirt. He is a very jovial and friendly person,
a fast learner, and loves the kids.

Latoya
Alexander joined us in August, 2009, as our main reception and
coordination person. She has an associate's degree, and is pursuing her
master's degree in business management. She is very friendly, smart and people
oriented. She has 2 children.
