I
don't think one coffee bean is a big deal, as long as your grandson does
not have an upset stomach as a result of it. Also, please keep in mind
that even though they are "decaffeinated", there still can be a little
caffeine in them, so if he gets "excitable" from eating them, you may
not want to overdo it.
